Teploluxe celebrates its 30th anniversary
Today the company is the leading Russian manufacturer of cable electric heating systems and water leakage protection systems for both residential and commercial premises.
Teplolyuks plant is part of the international holding Groupe Atlantic and develops products for comfortable and safe living. Located in the Mytishchi urban district, it is a full-cycle production facility with its own development center, testing center, and expert design center. From a few people and small production the team has grown into an enterprise with about 500 employees. The company has 10 branches on the territory of the Russian Federation. The company's products are represented in a number of large DIY-networks and are popular with real estate developers, installation companies and large distributors. Teplolyuks products are sold in more than 40 countries around the world.
The main activity of the company is the production of various types of cable floors, architectural heating systems, Neptun water leakage protection systems, as well as temperature controllers and other accessories for heating systems. In total, the company produces more than 4000 items of products, which, among other things, are necessary to ensure the operation of certain high-tech industries and strategically important facilities (airports, hospitals, clinics, sports facilities). Specifically, piping heating systems, de-icing systems for roofs, gutters, open areas, paths and ramps have proven themselves to the largest developers and design companies.
Despite a number of risk factors of the past years, the pandemic that has engulfed the world and the difficult geopolitical situation, Teplolyuks is confidently demonstrating sales growth, increasing production volumes and building business relationships. Many Teplolyuks products are unique and are produced only in Russia using the company's technologies - this allows the company's business not to depend on external factors and to continue development in the local and international markets. At the end of 2022, deliveries of underfloor heating and temperature controllers were launched to apartment building projects in the Moscow region. Since 2023, the company has been successfully exporting underfloor heating produced on the basis of domestic components to China. In addition, now warm floors are regularly supplied to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and other countries that have not joined the sanctions. Also from the competitive advantages - Teplolyuks is one of the first in the world to implement digital radio frequency NFC-marking of warm floors to ensure exceptional traceability of the chain of creation and fate of each product to provide the best service and guarantees for customers. The flooring is guaranteed for up to 50 years, and this is a fully covered warranty. In addition to the expansion of production capacities, during the three decades of the plant's operation, changes have also been made in the area of human resources. As part of charitable activities, Teplolyuks continues to support the wards of the Mytishchi Specialized Children's Home for Children with Organic Lesions of the Central Nervous System with Mental Disorder. In addition, in 2023, Teplolyuks launched a volunteer initiative to raise public awareness of the global problem of stray cats. As part of the educational campaign, Teplolyuks, together with experts from the Murkosha private cat shelter, developed a guide - a guide for every cat owner, as well as for those who are just about to get an animal. Also in the shelter, by means of a large-scale announcing campaign by Teplolyuks, an open day was organized, where everyone could personally meet the shelter residents and get a pet. In addition to the charity event, Teplolyuks replenished the cat shelter's stock with food and medicines, as well as donated mobile heated mats for animals with disabilities and for those who are in hospital or in the process of rehabilitation.
