Teploluxe at 100+ Technobuild
The international forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild was held in Yekaterinburg from 18 to 21 October. It was attended by a record 18.7 thousand participants from Russia and the CIS countries (in 2021 - about 13 thousand people). For the first time, the event took place over four days.
Records were also set for other indicators. Thus, 207 sections worked at the forum, where 600 speakers spoke. The exhibition, taking into account side events, was attended by 320 exhibitors - developers, manufacturers of building materials and technologies, as well as other industry participants.
The Teplolux company presented ready-made solutions for residential and commercial facilities: we demonstrated the principle of operation of Neptun water leakage protection systems, talked about underfloor heating and smart remote control methods using the latest temperature controllers and applications. Of particular interest are our architectural heating products, which not only improve occupant safety, but also extend the life of roofs, gutters, ramps, stairs, entry and exit areas.
Federal and regional developers took part in the exhibition. Our representatives managed to communicate with some of them personally and build business contacts, as well as discuss market prospects and present branded gifts. Other regional partners, construction companies and repair teams also took part in the exhibition.
The key event of 100+ TechnoBuild was the plenary session. Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin took part in it. He said that, in addition to increasing the rate of housing commissioning to 120 million square meters. m by 2027, it is necessary to pay attention to unfinished objects. It is also necessary to increase by 1.5 times the volume of commissioning of facilities that are built with the participation of budget financing - with the help of infrastructure loans, within the framework of national projects, federal investment programs and others. In addition, as Stasishyn emphasized, it is necessary to maintain the pace and parameters of project financing for housing construction, then it will be possible to finish everything calmly and start new projects.
